Threadhopping: Generally yes, but it depends on the thread. If it's a very serious thread between two characters, I'd rather you ask first. Also depends on who else is involved.
Fourthwalling: Undertale itself is very 4th wall heavy, so I don't mind light fourth walling.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Personally, I'm very chill with heavy subject matter in RP. I'm an Animus alumni, after all. :P
